As a BACP registered, integrative therapist, I provide a safe, non-judgemental, and supportive space for you, to help you find clarity around the current issues in your life and help you to move towards reaching your own potential.
In sessions I work pluralistically, using a variety of tools tailored to your needs, including talk therapy, creative therapy, positive psychology techniques and breath work to facilitate a healing environment where we can identify and unpick problematic areas. We can then create strategies together to move towards your personal goals.
The Pandemic for many has caused a shift or change in how we all experience life, both physical and mental. The natural ebbs and flows of life have been compressed and intensified due to lockdowns, family dynamics, illness, changes in how we work and interruptions in education. Many of us have been left experiencing mixed emotions, anxiety and difficulty in adapting to the changes this time has brought on.
I work with adults 16+ and have experience working across a range of issues.
I have additional therapy training in Walk and Talk Therapy and Breath Work.
