MBACP, BA(Hons) Counselling

Deciding to have counselling is a courageous choice. Sometimes life can be difficult, or changes occur that cause us to feel overwhelmed and we find ourselves struggling to cope.

As an integrative counsellor, I draw upon different therapeutic approaches to ensure we work effectively to suit your needs.

Through being warm, respectful and compassionate, I aim to offer you a safe space to unpack and explore what is going on for you. It may be useful for us to look at past relationships to see if there are patterns that are affecting you in your present circumstances.

As we explore together my hope is that you will gain insight and self-awareness which will help you make choices and changes towards a more fulfilling life.
I offer both short-term and long-term work, working with adults (18 years and over).

Choosing a counsellor can be daunting so I provide an initial free 20-minute phone call, where we can begin to get to know each other, I can answer any questions and we can get a feel for whether we are a ‘good fit’ for one another.
