I am a qualified Humanistic Counsellor. I believe that we all have the capacity to grow and discover more about ourselves and the way we experience our lives.
Through exploring your story together in our therapeutic relationship, unearthing more awareness over how you are leading your life, the impact your past may be having on your present, and how, today, you wish to experience your life are some areas of deep work that we may touch upon.
I believe passionately that therapeutic change can have a lasting impact on the way we lead our lives and that as people, being seen and heard for who we are, is deeply healing. Through gaining an understanding of who we are, reasons behind the way we react to situations and relationships in our lives, we can become more resilient to the changes and challenges life inevitably brings.

I will hold a space for you to experience everything that comes up in therapy.
I offer both long and short term therapy to individuals, according to your needs. I work with ages 16+
I have experience in areas such as; depression, anxiety, shame, loss, isolation, struggles in the workplace, family dynamics and relational issues.
As a member of the BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy) I adhere to their code of Ethics. I attend regular supervision and regularly attend workshops and courses to continue my professional development.
