MBACP, MACC, Integrative Counsellor, BA (Hons) Counselling, PGDip Counselling, PGDip Law, BA (Hons) Business Administration

Integrative counsellor working empathically and non-judgementally with adults who need psychological and practical help.

If you find yourself needing support and a place to work through difficulties, I am here to assist you.

Because I believe each person is unique, I use a multi-method approach to suit each person individually. I work holistically with all areas of human functioning – emotional, rational, physical, volitional, spiritual and relational. I offer short-term and long-term counselling depending on your needs. I work in a respectful way regardless of your gender, race, religion, age, abilities, culture, class, ethnicity, sexual orientation, faith or its absence.
During the sessions, we will explore ways to help you become more mentally, emotionally, physically, volitionally and spiritually balanced so that your life journey and your relationships become easier and more fulfilling. We can explore your issues through conversation and can also include creative channels such as writing and the use of art.

I am a registered member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (MBACP). I am also a member of the Association of Christians in Counselling (ACC).
