Hello!

I provide counselling services to adults and deliver Non Violent Resistance (NVR) training for parents/carers of violent and self-destructive children.  I provide these services online and face to face in Farnham, Surrey, UK.

As a counsellor, my purpose in life is to support you on your life’s journey.

If you are you looking for a counsellor who is empathic, non-judgemental and respectful and can work with you or your child/young person regardless of race, ethnicity, culture, religion, age, abilities, class, sexual orientation, faith or its absence then do get in touch. Together, we will explore strategies you can use here and now and/or explore how the past (intergenerational family dynamics, attachments and other life events) has affected the present.  We will also explore how you can become mentally, emotionally, physically, volitionally and spiritually more balanced so that the relationships in your life become more fulfilling and meaningful.

I am a qualified integrative counsellor with a BA (Hons) Counselling and am a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP) and a registered member of the Association for Christians in Counselling (MACC).

As an NVR practitioner, my purpose in life is to help you, as a parent/carer, to defuse violence and aggression in your family and rebuild the relationship with your child/young person.

I am a qualified NVR practitioner with a Level 2 Certificate in NVR and a member of NVR UK and NVR Association.

I am fully ensured for the work that I do and receive regular supervision.

Counselling sessions and NVR training are available in English and Russian.

My work experience includes working as an adult and child and young person counsellor at Crossways Counselling Service, working as a child and young person counsellor with Place2Be, working as a Non Violent Resistance parent group co-facilitator with Guildford CAMHS, working with parents as a parent educator as part of Anastasia Seale Infinity Parent Coaching. I also worked as a finance/corporate lawyer at Herbert Smith, BP and MFB solicitors.
