I am a professionally qualified insured counsellor and have worked with clients through their difficulties using a relational and collaborative approach in order to enable them to lead more positive and fulfilling lives. I work with adults and young people age 16 and over as well as students in counselling training. I can offer you a warm safe space in which to explore your issues and move forward in a positive way.

As an integrative practitioner I am influenced by a variety of therapeutic approaches and this way of working enables me to blend different theories and techniques to create a tailor-made approach for you.

I have worked with clients through times of struggle and uncertainty including …. illness or loss of a loved one, relationship issues including handling conflict, improving communication, and managing relationship breakdown. I support individuals facing employment challenges or other life stresses as well anxiety, depression and issues relating to self-esteem and self-worth. So, if you’re currently finding life a challenge you may need some extra support through the use of talking therapy.

Talking to someone whose trained to listen and respond in a certain way can help to bring clarity to any confusing or overwhelming emotions and if you’ve suffered a deep loss, having someone with you as you explore your grief can be very healing. Taking the first step to asking for help can be hard but I am here to assist you with this. I believe that the most important part of counselling is finding the right counsellor that fits with you, so you feel safe, accepted, and secure enough to be able to explore how you really feel without fear of judgement.
