Caralisa Alvis of Lee

BA, PgDip, MA

As an integrative relational psychotherapist and counsellor, I merge humanistic, psychodynamic, and trauma-informed therapies, with a particular focus on attachment issues and relational trauma. Central to my approach is the trust and connection between client and therapist, where you will experience warmth, empathy, and growing resilience. I believe the cornerstone of well-being is how we feel about ourselves. Thus, I offer a safe haven to explore your experiences without judgement and at your pace; we will walk side-by-side, navigating the sometimes challenging terrain to help you make sense of and bring meaning to your story in a way that feels manageable.

My approach empowers you to delve as deep as you feel ready to, into the intricacies of your emotions, thoughts, and behaviours, fostering a profound understanding of your inner world. Throughout our journey together, you’ll be met with genuine care, and your concerns will be honoured as important, valid, and accepted. I am dedicated to supporting you in unlocking your potential for growth, healing, and self-discovery, ensuring you feel both believed in and empowered to embrace your journey towards holistic well-being.
