You might be reaching to try counselling for the first time or you’ve tried before and didn’t notice any difference in yourself or in your life?

Your readiness for therapy and finding the best suited therapist for you, who could understand you, but also challenge you and nurture ( when necessary) is the base of successful therapy. First of all, well done for making this first step-trying to reach! I offer a warm, safe, confidential, non-judgemental and empathetic environment where we could build trust between us – something so important in therapy room.
My aim is to offer a space for you where you could gain more understanding of yourself. I believe that I am able to provide a calm space, which allows you to feel safe to talk about yourself.

I support you with gaining an awareness of the patterns that are causing you difficulties in your relationship with yourself and relationships with others. Then you can begin to relate to those patterns in a new way. This brings about its own healing, enabling choices about how you would like to move forward in your life. I’m a competent, knowledgeable, professional counsellor who provides a safe, confidential, non-judgemental and understanding space.

I’m registered with BACP, work with their Ethical Framework and attend regular supervision. I’m also insured and holding enhanced DBS check.

I have supported clients in reducing anxiety, stop limiting behaviours and becoming empowered, to name a few. My model is relational which means that the relationship between me and client is the foundation of the work. Counselling and therapy is my passion. As far as I remember I was fascinated by people.

I believe that as a small children we observe caregivers and learn how to relate to others. Later in life we unconsciously copy these behaviours which might not serve us well anymore. Or never did.

Finding out what serves you well and starting to make conciseness choices
might have significant impact on your life. Or make a change in your life if that’s what you wish.

I’m integrative counsellor which means I was trained to combine several approaches, because I draw on different models of therapy depending on what the client needs.

I volunteer for almost 2 years at Connect Counselling Services in Camberley.
I currently work in private practice and I can offer either short term or long-term counselling at The Eaves in Guildford.

I’m trained as an Integrative counsellor (which means the use of elements of Psychodynamic, Person centred, Gestalt and Humanistic theories, including Jungian, Relationsional, Transpersonal).

Sessions can either be in English or Polish. Sometimes clients find it easier to connect in their mother language.
