Farhan Firoz

MBACP Counsellor and Psychotherapist

I will strive to make therapy a safe and meaningful experience for you. Some of the challenging parts of our lives can be the things we hold onto. The thoughts, feelings and experiences we may feel unable to share because we fear being judged, misunderstood or rejected.

Together, we can create a space where you feel safe enough to explore parts of yourself that you may not have previously had the opportunity to express or understand.

I’m an Integrative Relational Therapist. I aim to create a safe, secure and authentic therapeutic relationship where clients feel heard, understood and able to explore their experiences openly. I’m trained in several therapeutic modalities that I combine, with Person-Centred and Psychodynamic approaches forming the core of my practice.

Reach out to me if you feel we could work together. I offer a free 15 min consultation call where we can get a further feel for who we are, and answer any questions around therapy.

Experience

I carried out my placement at The Eaves for one year supporting clients with a diverse range of issues.

Prior to this, I have two years of experience working one to one with young people who presented with suicidal ideation, self harm, depression and anxiety.
