Helen Hadjidimitriadou

BA (Hons), AKC, MBACP, MNCPS Acc., UKCP Counsellor, Psychotherapist and Clinical Supervisor

Thank you for visiting my profile. My name is Helen, and I am an integrative therapeutic counsellor and clinical supervisor with extensive and varied experience in emotional and mental health support.

At the heart of my work is a commitment to offering care, compassion and understanding within a safe and supportive therapeutic relationship. I work with the core conditions of empathy, unconditional positive regard and congruence, creating a space where clients can feel heard, accepted, and understood.

My integrative approach draws on psychodynamic, relational, and person-centred therapeutic frameworks, underpinned by a trauma-informed perspective. I support clients experiencing a range of psychological and psychospiritual difficulties, including grief and bereavement, interpersonal conflict, neurodiversity and addiction. I am deeply committed to ongoing personal and professional development, and I continue to expand my learning across different clinical disciplines to enrich my practice.

As a clinical supervisor, I am trained in the comprehensive Seven-Eyed Supervision Model and provide monthly supervision sessions for trainee and qualified counsellors, as well as nurses. I aim to offer a reflective, collaborative and supportive supervisory space that encourages both professional growth and personal insight.

I am a Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and an Accredited Registrant of the National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society (NCPS). I am also a trainee member of UKCP while undertaking diploma training in Couple Therapy for Depression.

I am fully insured for both psychotherapy and clinical supervision and hold enhanced DBS clearance.
