Hello, I am a Counsellor/Psychotherapist experienced in working with older people ,adults, young people and children. I have afternoon and evening appointments available. Taking the first step isn’t always easy; however, the rewards can be life changing!

I believe our life experience affects our perceptions and way of being; the relationships we have with ourselves, others, the world around us and how manage change, loss and life transitions, from school days to retirement and beyond.

I encourage my clients to explore what is troubling them and find their own inner resources by offering a safe space where they will be listened to, free of any judgement or direction by me. Incorporated into my Humanistic approach I use the insight from Existential, Psychoanalytical, Attachment, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Transactional Analysis with therapy tailored to each individual client as we are all unique!

I am fully insured and as an accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy abide by their Ethical Framework with a commitment to continuous professional development.

I hold a current Enhanced DBS Certificate for both vulnerable adults and children.

I offer face-to-face short and long term therapy

My fees are £70 for 50 minute sessions which are held weekly

Concessions offered to Counselling Trainees and Seniors

I offer an introductory session at £35 to ensure the counselling relationship is the right one for you.
