Chartered Clinical Psychologist
I am a Chartered Clinical Psychologist and Counselling Psychologist who has clinically worked for the last 15 years in public and private settings, both in the UK and overseas. The core value of my work is the use of evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to meet my clients’ needs. The main therapeutical model I base my work on is Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), with an eclectic approach using techniques from other evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Rational-Emotive and Behavioural Therapy (REBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, Mindfulness, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. I am trained and experienced in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing) intervention. I am interested in being up to date with the latest outcomes in clinical research relating to psychological disorders and intervention models by attending relevant specialist training.
I have a special interest and expertise in working with people with trauma and dissociative disorders, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) and social anxiety. I have extensive experience in supporting people working in the corporate world who struggle with emotional and behavioural difficulties that stay in the way of their performance and wellbeing in the workplace. In addition to my clinical experience, I also have experience in offering supervision to clinical psychologists.
I’ve always valued my clients’ expectations for professionalism and positive outcomes out of the treatment, helping them to overcome any obstacles during the therapy in order to find a solution to their difficulties. The main purpose for me as a practitioner is to help my clients not only feel better at the end of the therapy journey but get better.

I mostly work with adult working age clients, however depending on presentation I see younger people (16 and above) and older adults (65yrs old and above) in individual or group format.
