As a Person-Centred Counsellor you can expect a unique, impartial, and empathetic approach to counselling that values your individual experiences, feelings, and needs above all else. I provide a safe and non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings without fear of criticism or misunderstanding.

It’s important to remember that seeking counselling is a courageous step toward self-improvement and does not signify weakness but rather strength and resilience. As everyone’s motivations and needs are personal there you may be a variety of reasons someone may seek counselling.

My training and experience enables me to support clients with seeking support with;

• Self-Exploration and Personal Growth exploring your identity, values, beliefs, and goals.
