As an integrative relational counsellor, I draw on different therapeutic approaches to meet your unique needs. I work collaboratively and relationally, bringing empathy, compassion, curiosity, and gentle challenge to support you in exploring your experiences, clarifying your goals, and finding your way forward.

I often work with individuals navigating change, relationship struggles, or loss — whether that’s the loss of a loved one, the end of a relationship, or a loss of identity or direction. I also support people experiencing low self-esteem, confidence issues, or a sense of disconnection from themselves or others.

Together, we can explore your experiences, feelings, behaviours, and patterns of relating to help make sense of it all, creating opportunities for meaningful insight and change.

As a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP), I adhere to their code of ethical practice and offer a confidential, professional space in which we can explore your needs. My work is regularly supervised, and I hold an enhanced DBS certificate.
