MBACP, FdSc Counsellor and Psychotherapist

Are you struggling with grief, loss, or overwhelming emotions? Do you feel lost, sad, purposeless, or stuck in the confusion that often follows a loss?

The pain of loss can be intense, and it’s completely normal to experience a swirl of emotions—sadness, anger, guilt, and confusion. If you’re feeling this way, know that you’re not alone. Grief affects everyone differently, and while it can feel incredibly isolating, you don’t have to face it on your own.

I work with individuals who are experiencing grief or loss— whether it’s due to the death of a loved one, the end of a relationship, or a major life transition. If you’re struggling to function day to day, feeling overwhelmed by your emotions, or simply trying to make sense of what you’re going through, I’m here to support you.

I offer a safe, compassionate space where you can begin to process your feelings and make sense of your grief. Together, we’ll explore the emotions you’re carrying, develop healthy ways to cope, help you reconnect with your inner strength, and gently move toward a new path forward.

Next Steps

If you’re ready to take the next step, feel free to get in touch to arrange a free, no-obligation 20-minute phone call to see if we’re a good fit. You’re welcome to contact me by phone or email.

Experience

I offer bereavement support through a dedicated charity, helping individuals navigate the complex emotions that come with loss.

I’ve also supported clients in a domestic abuse charity and worked with individuals facing substance use issues and a range of mental health challenges. These experiences have deepened my understanding of trauma and resilience.

After a 15-year career in IT, I transitioned into counselling, motivated by my own personal growth and transformation through therapy. My own counselling journey has been instrumental in shaping the empathetic and client-centered approach I use today.
