Katharine Fowler

BSc (Hons), BACP Psychotherapist

Hello and welcome to my profile,

Many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck or unsure where to begin. You might be feeling lonely, anxious, low in mood, having difficulties in relationships at home or work, dealing with a loss, going through a life change or trying to understand difficult feelings.

As an experienced counsellor and psychotherapist, I offer a safe, supportive space where you can talk openly and explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace. I work with empathy and warmth, supporting you to gain a deeper self-understanding, along with helping you develop the tools to navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity and confidence. Some sessions might involve gentle reflection, others exploring patterns or experiences that have shaped you.

Working together, I can support you in making sense of your experiences, reconnect with your inner strengths, and move towards a life that feels more authentic and fulfilling.

I understand that it can be difficult to choose a therapist so please feel free to contact me if you would like to ask any questions. I offer new clients a free 20-minute video consultation, so you can see if I am someone you feel comfortable working with.
