Elizabeth Loveder

BA(hons) MA MHCPC Psychotherapist

I am an experienced Psychotherapist specialising in Dramatherapy.

I work people age 12+

I have extensive NHS experience and have worked in a variety of private and charitable settings.
I specialise in working with anxiety, depression, people with un/diagnosed neurodiversity, parents of children with neurodiversity and unpaid family carers as well as a wide variety of other needs.
After deciding that you wish to start therapy, it can be hard to know who might be the right therapeutic ‘fit’ for you.

I can offer an initial 15 minute phone call to discuss your needs further and see if I may be able to support you.
Dramatherapy is a form of Psychotherapy.

Dramatherapists are both clinicians and artists that draw on their knowledge of both therapy and theatre to use as a medium for psychological therapy.

Sessions may include the use of storytelling, music, movement, and art alongside traditional talking therapy to work with any issue that has presented itself. There are no hard or fast rules and like all psychological therapies, sessions are tailored to you and supporting your needs and aims for therapy.
