I am a Clinical Psychologist with over 13 years of experience, including 8 years working within the NHS. I support children, adolescents, adults, and families with a range of emotional, behavioural, and mental health difficulties.
I have particular expertise in working with autistic and ADHD children and adults, as well as individuals experiencing anxiety, low mood, stress, emotional regulation difficulties, self-esteem issues, and life transitions. My practice is neurodiversity-affirming, recognising and valuing different ways of thinking, learning, and experiencing the world.
I work collaboratively with clients to understand their unique strengths and challenges and to develop meaningful strategies that support wellbeing and personal growth. I use an integrative and evidence-based approach, drawing on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), psychodynamic, and systemic approaches. This allows me to tailor therapy to each person’s needs, goals, and preferences.
I aim to provide a warm, safe, and non-judgemental space where clients feel heard, understood, and respected.
Therapy is available in both English and Spanish.
Experience
Before establishing my private practice, I worked in a range of NHS services, including CAMHS and specialist neurodevelopmental teams across London, where I carried out neurodevelopmental assessments and delivered therapeutic interventions. I have held Specialist, Highly Specialist, and Principal Clinical Psychologist roles, supporting children, young people, adults, and families within multidisciplinary teams.
Alongside my private practice, I continue to work as a Principal Clinical Psychologist within the NHS, including within neurodevelopmental teams, providing assessments and therapeutic interventions. This allows me to maintain up-to-date knowledge of current evidence-based practice and to draw on extensive experience gained across both public and private healthcare settings.
Prior to moving to the UK, I completed specialist clinical psychology training and worked in hospital and community mental health services in Venezuela.
