Camelia Burn

MBACP, MSc Counsellor and Psychotherapist

Feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or facing life transitions?

I support adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief, life changes, perfectionism, low self-esteem, relationship challenges, and work-related stress — helping you feel understood, supported, and more confident in yourself and your choices.

What I Offer

• A safe, non-judgemental space to talk and explore emotions
• Integrative approaches tailored to your needs, including creative tools (clay, drawing) and mindful grounding or breathwork
• Support to build insight, emotional resilience and practical coping strategies
• Help to identify patterns, make sense of life transitions and work towards meaningful change

How I Work

Each session is shaped around you. Some people prefer primarily talking therapy, others benefit from creative or body-focused tools. Together, we explore your emotions, develop understanding of what approach works best for you and build strategies to navigate life’s challenges at a pace that feels right for you.

Testimonial

“I felt safe enough to explore my feelings and I felt fully heard and accepted, without judgment […] you have given me the strength to know that I am enough and therefore I can go forward with more self-love.” — anonymised

Free Introductory Session

I offer a free 30-minute introductory telephone or online conversation. This is a no-pressure way to explore whether working together feels right for you.

About Me

I became a therapist inspired by my own therapist, who showed me how connection, curiosity and compassionate support can transform life’s most difficult seasons. I wanted to offer that same space to others.

I am a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist, registered with the BACP and trained in integrative, relational, creative and embodied approaches. My varied professional background, combined with personal experience of therapy, informs a reflective and client-centred practice.

Outside of work, I enjoy mindful movement, time in nature and creative exploration, which also shapes my approach in sessions.
