Are you struggling with bereavement and grief, or the anticipation of loss? Perhaps you are experiencing a major life transition, facing the challenges of relocation, or living between cultures and wondering where you truly belong. Change, whether unexpected or chosen, can leave us feeling stressed, anxious, or low in mood. You don’t have to go through it alone.

I provide a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where you can explore your feelings at your own pace. Together, we will work towards finding new ways of coping, rebuilding a sense of stability, and moving toward balance and hope.

Reaching out for therapy is a courageous first step. Whether you are mourning a loss, feeling the weight of change, or searching for belonging in a new country, you don’t have to face it alone. If this resonates with you, I invite you to get in touch with me via email or a text message to arrange an initial free 15-minute conversation.

Experience

I have experience in supporting people through times of profound change, whether that means the death of a loved one, or the emotional difficulties of adapting to a new culture and life away from home. Having lived and worked in different countries myself, I understand how isolating and overwhelming transitions can feel. Grief is not always about death. It can also be about identity, belonging, and the losses we carry when life shifts in unexpected ways.
I also volunteer with mental health and bereavement charities, offering support to individuals experiencing loss and emotional challenges.

As a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), I follow their ethical framework. I engage in regular clinical supervision and continuous professional development to ensure I am well supported in my role, enabling me to provide you with the highest quality support throughout our work together.
