I am a caring and compassionate person who works with adult clients to enable them to find their way forward. I have extensive life experiences combined with a broad range of training in psychology and counselling. I work on an in-person, weekly basis using a variety of theoretical approaches which I integrate in a meaningful way for my clients.

I attained my psychology degree from the Open University in 2019 after which I commenced my counselling training. I have completed four years of training and was recently awarded a Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling. During my training I undertook a broad range of counselling work both in-course and in placement. I have worked with a diverse portfolio of clients.
