Saskia Wills

PGDip, MSc, MBABCP, Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, Psychotherapist

Hello, I’m Saskia, a BABCP-accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) therapist with over 10 years of experience in the mental health field. I am deeply committed to helping individuals improve their emotional well-being, overcome challenges, and live more fulfilling lives.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked with people from all walks of life, supporting them with a wide range of issues such as anxiety, depression, stress and trauma. I believe in a collaborative, client-cantered approach, where we work together to explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours to make meaningful changes in your life.

I’m passionate about providing evidence-based therapy that is practical, accessible, and empowering. In addition to CBT, I integrate tools from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Compassion-Focused Therapy into my practice. This allows me to offer personalised support with sessions tailored to meet your needs. My approach is warm, non-judgmental, and compassionate—creating a safe space for you to explore your difficulties and build the skills to cope and thrive.

In addition to my current qualifications, I continue to develop my expertise through regular training, ensuring that I provide the most up-to-date and effective therapeutic techniques to support my clients’ unique needs.

If you’re looking to make lasting change and move forward with confidence, I’d be honoured to support you on your journey.

Experience

With over 10 years of experience working within mental health services, I have supported adults facing a wide range of mental health challenges.

Alongside my private practice, I work within a local Talking Therapies NHS Service with individuals presenting with anxiety, depression, stress, and other common mental health concerns. Prior to this, I gained valuable experience working across private and NHS inpatient and community mental health services in nursing and clinical management roles.

This diverse background has equipped me with a breadth of experience, giving me the confidence to work with individuals facing a variety of difficulties. I’m skilled in adapting my approach to suit the unique needs of each person, ensuring the therapeutic process is both effective and supportive.
