Hannah Elliott
MBACP/ MCOSRT / MA / AdvDip. Relationship Psychotherapist
I have an extensive background in Psychosexual and Psychosomatic Therapy (the mind-body connection) and it was through my own challenges that I developed a special interest in sexual wellbeing and the relationship with our bodies as a pathway to healing. After having initially trained as an addiction therapist in 2006, I continued to develop my knowledge working specifically in therapeutic approaches to women’s wellbeing through Sexuality, how the body physically holds trauma and the energy of emotions.
I gained my clinical experience through an honorary placement and later went on to be a Senior Psychosexual Therapist for the NHS. I work closely in supporting women with pregnancy challenges in particular pre/post termination, miscarriage, or those who wish to explore a more conscious conception.
I am committed to helping women safely return to their body. To listen, without judgment, and provide a supportive space for the inner guide to step in and be known. We safely explore shadow by going into the underworld of the feminine psyche. Clearing issues from past patterns to opening a new sense of self by rewiring out-dated beliefs.
