I am a Health Psychologist and CBT Therapist. I specialise in offering evidence-based approaches to help people gain a greater understanding of their difficulties and develop new ways of coping. I work with people with common mental health difficulties, such as anxiety disorders and depression, and have a particular interest in supporting individuals to adjust to and cope with physical health conditions.

I understand that seeking psychological support can feel difficult. I therefore aim to create a warm, confidential, and empathetic environment in which clients feel supported to explore their difficulties and develop new ways of coping in order to move forward. I take a person-centred approach, working collaboratively and flexibly with clients to tailor therapy to their individual needs.

I find Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to be an effective approach for helping clients develop an understanding of their difficulties and practical strategies to manage them. CBT is an empowering therapy, supporting clients to build knowledge, insight, and skills they can take beyond therapy. In addition to CBT, I also incorporate ideas and strategies from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

I have extensive experience supporting clients with common mental health conditions, including senior NHS roles within severe asthma and long-COVID services. Previously, I worked as a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist across two London services.
