Bella Kaye

MBACP, FdSc Counsellor

I’m Bella, a qualified integrative counsellor and registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.

I understand that reaching out for counselling can feel daunting, particularly if you’re unsure where to begin or how to put what you’re feeling into words. My aim is to offer a warm, welcoming and non-judgemental space where you can feel heard, understood and supported.

I work with adults experiencing a range of difficulties, including anxiety, low mood, relationship challenges, low self-esteem, stress and difficult life experiences. You might be going through a particular challenge, feeling overwhelmed, or simply wanting to understand yourself and your relationships better.

As an integrative counsellor, I draw on different therapeutic approaches to suit your individual needs, recognising that no two people are the same. My work is rooted in the importance of the therapeutic relationship, providing a space where we can explore your thoughts, feelings and experiences at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

I believe counselling can offer an opportunity to develop greater self-awareness, recognise patterns that may be holding you back and find new ways of understanding yourself and navigating life’s challenges.

Experience

My counselling experience spans both adult and young people’s mental health, including work within educational settings and online counselling services.

I have supported clients navigating a range of emotional and personal difficulties, including anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship challenges, stress and significant life changes.

Alongside my private practice, I work as a school counsellor, providing therapeutic support to young people experiencing a variety of challenges.

Working across different settings has shaped my approach as a counsellor, strengthening my understanding of the importance of providing a supportive, non-judgemental space where each person feels heard, valued and understood.
