Dr Katy Davis
DClinPsych Psychologist
Hello, I’m Katy, an experienced Clinical Psychologist offering therapy and life coaching to anyone 16 years and over. I can also offer consultations to parents who are worried about how best to support their teenagers.
If you’re feeling anxious, overwhelmed and stuck, you don’t need to go through it alone. I help people through a wide range of difficulties, specialising in anxiety, depression, OCD, PTSD/trauma and midlife transitions. My aim is to help you make sense of your struggles and find practical, meaningful ways to move forward and feel better.
My approach combines evidence-based therapy with compassion, connection, and care. I draw from several therapeutic models—such as EMDR, Compassion-Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, CBT, and Narrative Exposure Therapy—to tailor sessions to your unique needs and pace.
If you’re thinking about therapy I’d love to hear from you. I also offer supervision to Clinical Psychologists and other mental health practitioners. My appointments are face to face at The Eaves on Monday mornings and Thursday afternoons.
