Katy Davis
DClinPsych Psychologist
Hello, I’m Katy. I’m a Psychologist offering therapy and life coaching to adults, young people and their parents. I have particular expertise in anxiety, depression, PTSD, midlife crises and OCD. I offer clients emotional support, help to understand their suffering and guidance so that they can move forward in life and feel better. I draw on a variety of therapeutic approaches to create a tailored experience that best suits the person I’m working with. These include: Compassion-Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Narrative Exposure Therapy. I understand that tolerating intense distress can be incredibly difficult and that people are nuanced, so I don’t push a model on to a person, but meet them where they are at and go at their pace. I have availability Mondays and Thursdays. Do get in touch if you think I’m the right therapist for you!
