I’m April, a Psychosexual and Relationship Therapist. I work with the connection between mind, body, and relationship patterns, not only to understand what may be feeling difficult, but to find practical ways forward that feel right for you. My approach combines therapeutic exploration, psychosexual education, and supportive tools, always shaped around your needs and goals. I welcome people of all genders, sexualities, relationship styles, and identities. My practice is LGBTQ+ affirming, kink- and BDSM-aware, and inclusive of non-monogamous relationships.

My background spans psychosexual and relationship therapy, intimacy coaching, and relationships and sex education. With a Diploma in Clinical Sexology & Relationship Therapy and further training in counselling and embodied intimacy, I bring a practical, inclusive approach to supporting people with sex, intimacy and connection.
