Sally Beckers
MBACP Counsellor
I specialise in working with present or past bereavement & all types of loss. I understand the mental, emotional and physical impact grief can have on you. Are you feeling overwhelming sadness, anger, guilt, regret, relief or alone – struggling to make decisions and not being able to cope with change. I offer a confidential empathetic space where you can openly express your pain, fears and emotions in a safe space without being judged. I can help you make sense of how you are feeling and explore coping strategies to support you to regain some normality, feel grounded and be more in control.
Each session is tailored to your individual needs, using a Person-Centred Approach that focuses on what matters most to you. Together, we will work to normalise your grief, ease emotional distress, rebuild confidence and inner resilience – supporting you in getting your life back on track or adjusting to a new normal.
I care how you are feeling and understand how difficult it maybe to share your pain with family or friends in fear of being a burden. It can be hard to reach out for support – you have taken a brave first step by being here today. When you feel ready, I am here to support you in giving your grief a voice as I know it may feel too heavy to carry alone.
