Dr Katy Davis
DClinPsych Psychologist
Hello, I’m Katy, a Clinical Psychologist offering therapy and life coaching for adults, young people, and their parents.
I support people through a wide range of challenges, specialising in anxiety, depression, PTSD, OCD, and midlife transitions. My aim is to help you make sense of your struggles and find practical, meaningful ways to move forward and feel better.
My approach combines evidence-based therapy with compassion, connection, and care. I draw from several therapeutic models—such as Compassion-Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, CBT, and Narrative Exposure Therapy—to tailor sessions to your unique needs and pace.
If you’re thinking about therapy and something here resonates, I’d love to hear from you. I also offer supervision to Clinical Psychologists and other mental health practitioners. I currently have availability at the Eaves on Monday mornings.
Experience
I work part-time in the NHS and in the past have worked for the charity Combat Stress, helping military veterans both men and women. My NHS experience includes adolescents and adults.
