I am an integrative counsellor, psychotherapist and member of the BACP. I have broad experience working with adults with a variety of concerns including:

I understand that life can be difficult and challenging at times. I offer a space grounded in warmth and acceptance, where you can feel heard and make sense of what is going on for you. I believe that we are all unique with different lived experiences and ways of understanding the world, therefore I tailor my approach to your individual needs.

Together, we can explore what is happening for you in the present. Where helpful, we can gently reflect on your earlier life experiences to understand how they may be influencing how you experience yourself and others now. I will be alongside you as you make sense of your experience, process difficult feelings and discover new ways of moving forward.

Clients often describe me as attuned, engaged and compassionate. I am particularly passionate about helping people reconnect with themselves, develop greater self-awareness and feel more grounded and accepting of who they are.
