Open to all therapy providers and wellness professionals, this gentle yoga workshop in Farnham offers a space to slow down and move mindfully. You’ll be guided through a blend of grounding practices that encourage stillness, awareness and embodied presence.
Whether you’re new to yoga or returning to your mat, this session offers the opportunity to deepen your connection to yourself and cultivate mindful intentions for the year ahead.
Through a series of gentle and therapeutic yoga practices, we’ll explore the theme of renewal and self-care combining:

Please bring your own yoga mat (We don’t provide spare yoga mats)
