Rest & Rise: Women’s Day Retreat

A day to slow down, breathe deeply and return to yourself.

This is a nurturing space for anyone feeling stretched thin – balancing teenagers, ageing parents, work and the constant pull of caring for others.

 

Throughout the day you’ll be guided through a soothing blend of practices that support nervous system regulation and deep rest.

What to expect:

  • Grounding breathwork to calm the mind and settle the body
  • Somatic awareness practices to reconnect you with your own rhythm
  • Guided meditation and deep rest for nervous system repair
  • Gentle, intuitive movement supported with clear, compassionate guidance
  • Moments of reflection and optional sharing in a safe, supportive space

 

This retreat is slow, spacious and deeply restorative, no experience needed and no pressure to perform. Everything is offered as an invitation.

You will leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more grounded, with simple tools you can use at home to help prevent overwhelm and burnout.

Facilitator:

Natalie McIvor is an integrative psychotherapist and somatic alignment practitioner. Her approach weaves talking therapy with movement, breath and attunement helping clients reconnect with embodied safety and flow. Natalie supports individuals and practitioners in recognising dysregulation, grounding the nervous system and cultivating balance and presence.
