
Start the year with a grounding workshop created to help you slow down, reconnect and welcome the energy of renewal. This peaceful session offers space to pause from everyday pressures, move gently and nurture body and mind as you step into the new year.
This yoga workshop invites you to explore the beauty of slowing down. Through soft, intentional movement and mindful awareness, you’ll be guided to listen inwardly and rediscover a sense of balance. Whether it’s your first yoga class or you’re returning to your practice, everyone is warmly welcomed.
During the session, you’ll be supported in creating space for reflection and presence allowing yourself to release tension and reconnect with your breath.

Please bring your own yoga mat (mats are not provided).
