Our team includes carefully selected and closely monitored counsellors who are in the final stages of their professional qualifications. They provide both long-term and short-term therapy for individual adults with limited incomes. This ensures that high-quality mental health support is available to those who need it most, without financial barriers.

Please note: The Affordable Counselling counsellors are carefully selected and closely monitored counsellors who are in the final stages of their professional qualifications. This means that they cannot provide specialist therapies such as CBT.
