Vicki Snow

MBACP, BA (Hons) Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist

About Me

During Covid-19 I am offering counselling face-to-face.

We all face challenges at some point in our lives, and it can sometimes feel hard to know where to turn. Sharing your personal problems with someone who is ready to listen calmly and be with you whilst you take the time you need to talk about what’s going on can give you clarity and resilience. I strive to encourage a respectful and supportive therapeutic relationship to develop, through which we can explore any difficulties – current or historical – that may feel confusing or overwhelming. I don’t offer advice on how you should live your life and I am not here to change you or make you talk about anything you don’t feel ready to share. With time and the opportunity to talk openly about feelings that can be hard to face or make sense of, you can begin to gain greater self-awareness and a deeper understanding of yourself, your patterns of behaviour and what you need.

I work with a relational and collaborative approach, informed by the belief that as humans, we are naturally drawn to being in relationship with one another. With this in mind, the quality of our relationship is key to a reparative experience. My integrative training means that I can work flexibly using a range of different theories and practices that suit you.
