About Me

During the Covid-19 pandemic, I am offering counselling sessions via secure video link.

Maggie is a professionally qualified counsellor/psychotherapist and holds a BSc (Hons) Degree in Integrative Counselling. She draws upon the theories of Psychodynamic and Person Centred approaches and encompasses existential philosophies within her practise which help her get a good understanding of her clients’ life experiences.

Maggie is keen to work with clients at their pace and uses her skills and knowledge to understand her clients from their experience and journey through life. She offers a warm, empathic and genuine understanding of her clients’ needs and supports them at their most difficult times.

Maggie strongly supports the need for a safe space for her clients to explore their issues. She recognises the need to have somewhere trusting to go with the issues that worry her clients the most. She holds firmly to the belief that honesty and transparency are fundamental to the counselling sessions and treats all her clients with respect and integrity.

Maggie is a registered member of the BACP.
