We can all relate to the words “New Year, New Me”. Mid December rolls around and we make resolutions to ourselves, and sometimes others, that next year we are determined to keep. We will get fit, we will quit drinking, we will spend more time with friends, family…the list goes on. However, how easy and realistic are we being with ourselves and others?
